1. Why do you need my name and email
address just to give a quote?
Obviously, we need your email address to give you a quote. We
need your last name so we can file your hard copy quote form in our
alphabetical file system. When you send your payment, that form
becomes your order form. We need to be able to find it, so we need
your last name.
2. What do you do with
my email address and name?
It is written on a hard copy quote form and placed in an
alphabetical folder. Your email quote is kept in our sent folder
on our computer. We use this information to notify you when your
order ships.
3. Do any third
parties see my information? Do you sell email lists? No third party ever sees your name and email
address. We respect your privacy. Look at our feedback page
- no last names are used. Unlike other sites that trumpet the
names of former fighters who have ordered fights from them, we do not
divulge any names to anyone.
4. I don't like spam,
and don't like giving out my name and email address. We hate spam, and because of our web presence,
probably get more than most other people. We do not send out
spam. We do not advertise by email or any other method.
However, once or twice a year, we may email former customers with
updated information about our website, or special offers. Never more
than twice a year, and most years, not at all..
